Etrade...strange comment (and logic here):

"I noticed you're first expressed skepticism in this company was around 6.50. Since then, you have been correct."

Smith's commentary (skepticism) about the "company" has all along been that Sphere3d's technology does not exist as represented. As we all know, SP movement can, but rarely is a validation of technology (IP). Most often, and especially at this stage, there is often a disconnect. Based upon your statement (and Smith's "skepticism") SP should continue to "0", since what you are saying SP is Smith's commentary is a validation of his position about the fundamentals.

He is a short, why would you be asking him to validate fundamentals, when you have already said he is "correct" in his assessment?

He is not a technical day-trader...like you. Frankly, your questioning him indicates you are thin on the fundamentals yourself, otherwise you would not waste your time with him...UNLESS you recently took on a short position, and simply want to encourage more of Smiths non-sense.

Is this the next VMware? No.

But, Sphere is the next:

- Taylor Rand Inc.
- Bach-Hauser
- Playandwin Inc..
- Nova Growth (Google the May 2014 judgement from Ontario Supreme Court to learn more about what the judge said of certain participants and their actions re insider trading and fabricated testimony)
- Koda Resources
- Igeacare (private co. that went bankrupt)
- Biosign

All have one thing in common. All were highly hyped, and failed, leaving investors on the hook for large losses. Do some digging and see the names of the promoters/executives that led these "can't miss" companies and stocks.

Good luck.

If Sphere is the next Vmware, then we are in trouble. We use VMware virtualization at work and it is horribly slow. We went to Windows 7 and had many apps that would not work. So using virtual XP was the only option.
Taking anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes to load into the virtual window. Plus running slow when in and not everything works as it should. Not gonna fly folks! We are slowly getting the apps to work on Windows 7, but still painfully using the virtual xp.

Now if it worked fast and all options are usable, then it would have been a game changer for us ( Auto Manf.). It doesn't! No even close. So if Sphere 3D's technology is as fast as they say it is and everything works like a normal desktop, then this is a game changer.

Fight it all you want, but the Cloud is where we are going and the future is limitless. I think VMware has put a bad taste in people's mouths about the future of the Cloud. I think Sphere 3D will change that!
