No, I didn't say that, and, I don't think that. Dilution happens in almost every penny stock, I was and am still surprised to see dilution at this time, due to the private placement, so if the company has money until March 2015, why the dilution? It's just this,no big problem.
The technicals are giving buy signal, and, I think that is only a matter of time, maybe a little more than I expected, but, I was not counting with the dilution, and, the stock didn't run sooner due to the dilution, now I know.
