Strange, I've sent an email to [e-mail] and to [e-mail] , their IR company, as per the OTC Markets website, and, so far I have no reponses.

What was the email address you used?

The response to your email matches the document they just filed, they say there the same thing, but, they also say there that they have cash until March 2015, so it doesn't make sense to dilute now, that's what I want to know, is this small dilution a note debt from the past, or what is it?
