Check out posts 21793 and 21796 where your same concerns were addressed a couple of days ago. Ask again and you are likely to get the same answer. There is no perfect stock, risk at some level is inherent in the game. If you search hard enough to find reasons to not buy this stock you will be successful. In your narrative you accept that the pps will go up sort of as an afterthought. Actually, that is the most important thing of all to me. The accretion is the dynamic that will make the stock even more attractive to me and others.

Not sure where you came up with your float shares number of "186 million or so," but Scottrade lists the float as 230.3 million shares.
