I don't think a reverse split is needed to uplist on the OTC. IMO share price will go over $1 once the bond money is received and more than a handful of people start paying attention to this stock. They'll need a reverse split if they ever wanted to move up to NASDAQ but that's so far off it's not worth thinking about.
