What Cerner cash? One don't even know if there us a Cerner deal. Two do you know how much will be taken out of the check to pay off the land and building loans and taxes/liens? It's at about a 11million. ONLY IF there is a Cerner deal and ONLY IF it's for way over that about of debt there isn't going to be much left. Some have estimated as high as 14 mil. I think it will be less. Time will tell.
