Yes, this is a deal in a commercial setting (unlike the DLA deal). It are the commercial deals APDND make, that will be the future money generator for APDND.
Not only the deal is nice, but it will bring more exposure of DNA marking in the foreign markets for APDND.

Moreover, each car will be marked at multiple points. So I don't know how that will translate in terms of charges per car.

Either way this one is the first application which comes closer to the consumer sector and hence the likelihood of high volume. I hope they catch on to something like a mobile phone brand.

Knowing APDN they will probably charge $1 per car, with some form of rebate for quantity! lol.

A1,
you been around a block few times, do you really think this car deal is anything serious? this is just another PR trap by the APDN, undisclosed Car maker that marks undisclosed number of cars that then gets shipped to at least one undisclosed country and all this for undisclosed amount of revenues, give me a break..lol

I bet this is just few dozen cars that are marked and shipped to Sweden (this country apparently likes this exotic technology) because one crazy insurance company thought maybe they can sell such marking for a fee in exchange for lower premiums, but logically why would anyone in the western world care about having a DNA markings on a car? this makes no sense to me at all.. sorry

basically this is nothing more than just another empty vessel PR from a company that has nothing substantial to report
