I like VPOR long term because of management! A management team that reduced the A/S by HALF down to 1B, and reduced the amount of common stock issuable to management via Preffered B by 33% from 750M down to 450M, is also the kind of PEOPLE who will do share buyback in future IMO.

I tend to think VPOR pps is headed south, and I do not presently own shares. *IF* the pps drops its just an opputrunity for longs to average down.
