Funny...a related article mentions the Montgomery Wards building

but once again...there is NO MENTION of APT and their redevelopment of the building.

This shows...once again...that no one in Kansas City has any respect for APT.

Maybe because they don't pay their taxes and never actually made good on their glowing "projections"???
