Some tips on interpretation:

1. The "former Company employee" who blew the whistle to the SEC in a letter" is unidentified.

2. The letter was about "alleg[ed] wrongdoing by a former officer of the Company who is currently a consultant to the Company." The former officer and current consultant is Vinny.

3. At the behest of the DOJ, a grand jury is investigating MDBX's accountants.

None of that is a Good Thing.
