If CEPSA likes Kenya and they like Chad...then they can buy out both Kenya and Chad.

As you may be aware, ERHC is actually set up in subsidiaries so that pieces of it can be bought out. No need to buy out the EEZ and JDZ...unless of course Cepsa likes those too.

That's not a buy-out RUMOR. A rumor implies that someone says there's going to be a buy-out. It is a buy-out SPECULATION.
