My speculation is; pwc shares will be bought out by one or both of these company either whole or partial. If they buy whole pwc shares, possibilities will be huge. For example, Hyes may make a deal with the new owner and propose massive share reduction, imho.
I am not saying this is what is going to happen, but my wild speculation.
