Funny they use the excuse that they want to comply with all regulatory standards when this so called "new management" has so far not been any where near complying with anybody. They didn't even bother to 8-K thier own appointments... Why is that???

Nothing but more Bullshit from Treaty and Blackburn. Mulshine is still a part of Treaty and he is Blackburn's hook in the BOD and Tesarski. Blackburn still runs Treaty.
