This is a board filled with speculation. Thank you to all for speaking their OPINION, and nothing more. Epgl has two deals with multi billion dollar companies. In my opinion they must have a product developed already. Why else would those two companies even look at a startup company with nothing other than a lot of patents and MPDD.

How's that even possible when the 4.169B shares are restricted?

The terms were probably for unrestricted shares at a 50% discount to market price with a $500k maximum drawdown per month!
