Look up the name.. it's an alias (aka Michael Whippple) used for decades. Apparently he's known for churning out warehouses full of crapola... even hiring homeless men to slap together paintings for use by barter clients who secured bogus, sky high appraisals and then used the paintings in all sorts of tax fraud and other scams.

As if their TK-3D wasn't a great enough opportunity to destroy art value by turning it into Dollar Tree shelf filler, think what these guys can do with China reproduced prints from someone like Sky Jones...a guy that admitted he cannot identify his own work....It would appear that Tom Stokes doesn't know when to shut his mouth...."forget Thomas Kinkaid...we have Sky Jones!"

This POS is owned overwhelmingly by the Vakser Family ---Eddie, Eddie's privately owned NRG INC (failed energy drink company), Eddie and brother Vladimir's defunct INTELECON (that the USDOJ sued because they stole employees retirement funds), sister Angies defunct TNT MEDIA (a PO Box) and her husband Scott (AURI's CFO who signed this joke because Eddie has a "pending felony" The only other "benneficial shareholder" named is Tom Stokes (19.92%) and appears to operate from a UPS mail box in Burleson, TX.
Weinert bankrupted his XEBEX LLC in 2012 screwing a lot of people out of millions.
