I'll tell you - The Industral Development Athority. The IDA will be an ongoing 'boot in the arse' of MDNT, and provide genuine accountability. IMO that's the difference. Having a clear step by step development schedule is critical. The development schedule is being detailed and likely to pass at November's regular meeting.
