Although that may be true, and each situation needs to be individually examined, keep in mind that there is little or no costs involved while sitting on an inactive marginal mine while waiting for the property's break even point to be reached, far cheaper in the long run usually, then to be operating it at a large deficit for an extensively long period of time. hotrod34racer All I know is

the whole World Economy is a fiat system that is rigged. Where we go from here I do not know. Makes sense that PM is the way to go.
Then again I am just a pauper.

Company like DOW chemical turn billions of dollars in quarterly profits keeping the price of silver below production cost!

It is way more costly to reopen a silver mine then to run one at a loss.

Something to think about IMO
