Well of course those were ALL stock issuances for financing. However, Knowing well in advance the counter point argument that was coming next facilitated the need to highlight a specific paragraph in the financials that would stop any such thing dead in it tracks. Did you notice the weak attempt at marginalizing of the amount of shares that CLEARLY PROVED ERUDE LIED when she stated there would be no further dilution ....for financing?
