Another insidious lie. The filings confirm issuance of 1 bill shares after authorized shares were increased to 10 bill and yet you're going to tell people that someone else had the shares locked up even though authorized shares and o/s were maxed out prior to the share increase. AVEW issued the shares to pay off debt. AKA DILUTION.

Next you're going to say a R/S is a good thing.
