company claim that I repeated.today they said within 14 days due to delivery confirmation delays. Everything else is done. No more excuses.the truth is 3s held up today and 4s got slammed.Closed green yesterday even after a 30k note dumped.

The only reason it says "can" has to do with receipt of their mailing. 1 delay is better than most.
