There are some morons running that crummy little town who read this board, or a least some of the posts get back to them. They're not scared of being sued by the likes of Bill. Bill's a threatener. Not a suer. Or maybe you meant--well, who's suing whom?

If it is a crummy little town why does fitx make base there?

To be clear, the town is not issuing a license to the company. Interestingly enough the once councillor who seemed genuinely on side with this project, if the video of the council meetings was any indication and voted against the sending of a letter to Health Canada, was not re-elected. It may be nothing, just co-incidence, I am not up on matters in Lakeshore.

Still waiting for FITX to file that law suit against the town of Lakeshore.

Oh, and yes, the people in question were in fact re-elected.

The morons that are running that crummy little town can only drag there feet so far before a lawsuit is filed. I believe they are just about out of time for delaying the issuing of a license to conduct an approved, legitimate business. Let us see if the townspeople are ignorant enough to re-elect the totally ignorant fools that are running the show.
