Been hearing that for months. If some kind of significant PR doesn't come out soon she will drop back down. Stick around a while, you'll see. We've been here done that. It's not changing until dilution is gone, Troy is gone, fix the SS, etc, IMO. I could be wrong and hope I am but so far they have done nothing to convince me otherwise.
