you have to look no further than to review the 8K filed today after the close of trading by a scam company in which high level blue chip Officers and Directors were recently added to run the company (just like ADTM), including a former FBI agent to understand whether ADTM is a scam or not.

On October 27, 2014, the Board of Directors of Medbox, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed a special board committee, composed of all four of its current directors, that is, three independent directors and its recently appointed Chief Executive Officer/Chairman of the Board, to investigate (i) a letter from a former Company employee to the Securities and Exchange Commission alleging wrongdoing by a former officer of the Company who is currently a consultant to the Company, and (ii) a federal grand jury document subpoena served in August 2014 on the Company’s accountants by the U.S. Department of Justice, to ascertain what implications, if any, the subpoena or the letter may have with respect to the Company.

236 .. Why do you keep insisting this is a scam company? You really think all 60+ employees working at the company would put their careers on the line for a scam? And what about its advisors that include former FOX execs Sandy Grushow and Bruce Wiseman, Clearslide CEO Mark Lambert, former FBI agent E.J. Hilbert and seasoned CMO Daryl McNutt? I highly doubt career professionals of this magnitude would stand behind a "scam company" you keep claiming Adaptive Media is.

And just wanted to point out your error that Adaptive Media and OneScreen merged. The two parties didn't merge: certain assets from OneScreen, including its technology, were acquired by Adaptive Media. Get your facts straight before misleading the entire board as well as yourself please.
