Afpw. Us patent is a patent for you USA. Now, it may take several months to get that patent and also do they have to pay for it. I believe that since they don't have any money to pay for patent they have to gather the money first and that alone may take a few weeks or months or simply sale more shares. I'm also deep and down on Afpw, but I will wait and see.
