That is what happens with death spirals. As the price plunges, the number of shares issued to convert the same dollar amount of debt obviously increases, and the selling of the additional shares puts even more downward pressure on the share price. Which causes rapid acceleration of both the number of shares outstanding and the decline in the stock price.

I would not be surprised to see the number of shares outstanding doubling to over a billion in the next month or so. And a reverse split is likely coming sooner rather than later. The toxic death spiral convertible holders are currently sitting on over 7 billion shares to dump, so they will want to get as much out as they can.

you think 551mil OS is big? are you kidding? Ill take ANYTHING under 1 bil, which could get us to at least .003 IMO
