Wait until we see the detail of the judge's ruling. IF it is only failing the no-sale bar, that is one possibility that could be over ruled. IF, as some have indicated, the judge ruled the patents invalid for FIVE different reasons (see Skunk Blog) then you will have to fight your way out the exit door as the crowd behind, beside, and around you will be stampeding to that exit.
