"Charlottes Web" the law you refer to is considered to be a very weak MMJ law pnly to be taken by children who suffer from seizures.....Need a broader law for other Medical reasons...its gona be pretty clode and honestly could swing both ways...and ive seen plenty of polls to prove both could happen
