Who cares what the sp will be after the announcement. It's all about oil... And how much??

You should be asking what the sp will be after a few discoveries in chad and Kenya..... Or both.

However it would not just be Chad it would be Chad + Kenya + the EEZ and the fact that there is no predicting other influencing variables and certainly no predicting how the market will react !
