Technically, as a control person/affiliate he can't sell more than 1% of the outstanding every quarter on the open market. But he might do anything. How'd he get that much stock in the first place?

And he doesn't strike me as being the kind of person who gives things away. Had he wanted to cancel his stock, he could easily have done so just before he resigned.
