I think the evidence is pretty conclusive that it is a scam.

I think the evidence is conclusive that Ghanaian Law precludes the company from gold mining there. MORE evidence that it is a SCAM.

I think the evidence is irrefutable that MNGG was kicked off of Keystone and that he LIED about it to investors. MORE evidence that it is a SCAM.

I know there's more evidence than that but just those two items PROVE that Nefario LIED TO INVESTORS. That in itself is pretty conclusive PROOF that it is nothing more than a SCAM, a CON, a SWINDLE, whatever you want to call it.

The picture of the Cease and Desist Notice and EVERYTHING above it should STAY. EVERYTHING after the picture is highly questionable. :-D
