I think the Matrix members simply moved on after they saw the writing on the wall. They probably stayed involved as long as they did simply because they were able to tour the MJ farm. If it were me, I'd be pretty excited to have a look at an MJ grow op that was connected to a publicly traded ticker. Regardless, EMF has been left for dead.
