Interesting and CRAZY find! Nice work, Sleepy.
Note that while it was a "sample" shipping document, it was the only shipment imported by the named company. If there were more, they would have turned up in a search (see https://www.importgenius.com/search/shangqiu-donghe-special)

Some questions for anyone willing to answer:
Why does a manufacturer of pyrolysis equipment send feedstock (if that's what the stuff is) overseas?

What does the glass part of the "COMPOSITE OF RUBBER AND GLASS" turn into?

Can a US company actually import waste products?
If a US company wants to use PTOI equipment to process their used brake pads (why do I find that humorous?) couldn't THEY provide a test batch?
Is someone seriously suggesting that some Asian company that has a giant stash of used/defective or surplus brake pads (I'm laughing again....) might want to import PTOI's wonderful machines to process them into fuel for what must be their humongous fleet of vehicles?

Why is whatever it is being imported by a subsidiary (PLASTIC2OIL OF NY #1, LLC)? Does it have anything to do with the usual terms of purchase for imports requiring a letter of credit that perhaps could not be secured by the corporation itself?

And just when I thought PTOI was running out of material :o)
