Problem with NASD is that they have little incentive in regulating their MM/Dealers, hence the abuses we currently witness with NAIB...

There should be a Government appointed body to control NASDAQ Dealers, as SEC is way too busy and short staffed and there is an obvious conflict of interest for NASD to do so...
