I wonder what effect up listing to OTCQB will have on us. Does anyone know what are the requirements for up listing and the overall significance ?

Association have anything to do with uplisting. The company needs a lot more than a lawyer. The company needs revenue and profits which attract shareholders which increases volume which increases PPS.

Any lawyer can do paperwork. If a buy a fender for a Ferrari does that mean I can claim I own a Ferrari? I own a piece of a Ferrari.

I will put that on the speculation bucket right now and I do not see it as a top prioirty for GRCU right now. There are many more pieces of the puzzle that needs to happen before uplisting to anything
