honestabe, on that timing issue I conceded in the past posts on the topic and we have seen PPHM issuing PRs at other such timings such as closely before annual meetings, etc.

So I agree with your remark but would like to add that this isn't behaviour that is proper to PPHM. Many companies do it and it is kind of in the shareholders interest to.

Now that being said, it isn't because one sheep jumps in the water that all others must jump after it, Panurge would conclude!
