99 mill restricted from where?
50 million in notes form part of the O / S if you have not converted yet?
actions are more notes in the O / S? theoretically O / S is 35 or 46 mill?
I have many questions, thanks for your explanations

To prevent Hostile Takeover,looks like u right.i made some dd and found this: "Usually, the purpose of the super voting shares is to give key company insiders greater control over the company's voting rights, and thus its board and corporate actions. The existence of super voting shares can also be an effective defense against hostile takeovers, since key insiders can maintain majority voting control of their company without actually owning more than half of the outstanding shares."
