I don't see how that picture (in the Plug blog) demonstrates anything.

Does Praxair proovide equipment like the storage tanks and compressors needed in the GenFuel infrastructre?

In some parts of the country Praxair could be supplying hydrogen as well instead of Air Liquide I doubt the contract with AL is exclusive.
