I liken what's going on here today to the many hypocrites out there who want to go to heaven but are scared to die.
People want MINE products to go national but complain when their $$ is being used to fund the operation. How else do you expect a young company to raise cash for an acquisition? Before anyone talks about LOC, please read the exhibit attached to that 8-k carefully. There are conditions attached to the use of those funds i.e. operations among other things. Acquisitions do not qualify and besides it would be a terrible business decision to use those funds to do that IMO.
Whether the entire A/S is issued or not, R/S or buyback, so long as the products gain market acceptance and penetration, MINE will be just fine.If the sample of testimonies here is anything to go by, it's only a matter of time before that happens.
The Vanis bashing fair going on here is getting ridiculous! It's like people forget the fundamentals when the pps is going down.
