This isn't brand new. This exact report is posted on 10/22/14 in the stickied on the top of the Ihub FITX page. The only difference is that the messy ink spots have been cleaned up and crooked pages straightened but there is nothing new here. I think instead of claiming it is new is to verify where it came from? Is it from HC and if so give the link to where it can be publicly viewed. If it is a public document why have the inspector names been taken out and why has the person in charge at Cen been removed? If it is not a public document then where did it come from? Why has a certain poster been leaking these documents and where do they originate? Would you think these are pretty valid legit questions instead of saying it is brand new when it is not. Basically one should be asking these questions. Where did it come from? Is it from HC? If so where is the link to it to be viewed by the public? If not then again what is it and where did it come from and why does a certain poster post it? TIA
