Here is what I just emailed him:

Dear Mr. Danos,

How do you plan on addressing the following items in the CC:

1. Share structure and buyback
2. Fracking vs natural drilling
3. The JV with Rampart
4. Getting rid of toxic debt
5. Stopping dilution

Also please tell me you are going to put out a PR on Nov 11 pre-market rehashing everything you addressed in the CC. That would give it that extra boost to make this PPS go even higher.
