I really doubt it will get that low again and even if it does we would only see a brief dip for a small number of shares IMO. There's few enough willing to sell under .02 as it is.
It seems that our absolute bottom support is strong enough in the .017's to catch the few shares sold this low. I think the only people who can safely wait on sub .02's are those of us who already have an ample number of shares.
