I think most of us can do the math on 35 million shares how many is that per day before they reach their monthly cap. Well let me save everyone some time just because I'm a nice guy thats about 35,000 shares a day how many shares a day trade on average and do you think 35000 shares is going to have any impact on the PPS. The CEO of this company is no dummy he's very intelligent and he's not going to hurt the shareholders he's going to grow a great $100,000,000 company next year.
Well the facts are in the S-1 one they limit the amount that can be sold in a given month and if you break that down as 35,000 shares but of course that's going to fluctuate depending on the PPS. And I'm not sure if you know that they released the 3rd amendment tonight substantially reducing the number of shares and it hasn't been approved yet but by the time it actually gets to approval they're not going to need that anymore just like in Hanover deal remember that one?
