#195654 RE: TSmith4659 #195640

Yes, if the PPHM CT Orders are unblinded the directory of the related document to which the CT ORDER points (a Q-10 or other document) is automatically updated and the full text becomes available as if it has always been there.

The CT Order mentions the sections of the document in question that have been put under CT Order. It is often only a part of a document. However, the contract between UTSW and PPHM in relation to the ownership of IP was almost completely in under CT Order.

Yes, almost all of us here on the board have seen the CT order content at unblinding as someone normally posts them when the expiring dates arrive.

If you follow the PPHM board you will sometimes also see lists with CT Orders and related unblinding dates posted.

On a final note, CT Orders do not need to be seen as super secret things. they sometimes serve purpose in not disclosing contracting terms visible to competitors. However, since the SEC has the CT Order there is prove that the company filed a certain document with it exact content (those CT Orders carry an electronic signature) and no discussion is possible.
