I believe some MM's got a hold of this ticker, accumulated 1's very quickly, and sold 2's when the PPS was at 3. This is not necessarily a bad thing IMO, because a lot of talk is going around over this ticker $PTAH Over 200 Million traded today still looks to me like something has to break soon. We did break 3's but it was MM games and not true investors/traders. $$$ PTAH $$$
