I think you are mistaken. the +DI is at 17.81 and the -DI is at 8.02. They crossed each other last week. Sure they appear sideways in the last 3 days but make no mistake the +DI may turn up at any moment and signal continuation. After breaking the .0005 resistance it is now support... so is .0006. WE TESTED 8's 3 times the more times a stock tests a certain level the greater the likelihood it goes on to break it. Its simple.
