Daktari - on the nephrectomy I believe he said it was Valvo - but don't hold me to that - I was watching the video not listening to who he said was operating. It was already well into the procedure and he was clamping off a a vessel of some kind coming out of an organ. He said "now you see here how he's closing off the xxxxxx (don't remember name of vessel)." I just cannot remember if he was using a spider arm to do it but I'm pretty sure I used the wrong terminology when I called it a stapler. It was about 5 of those ligation clips used to seal off vessels. I don't want to build hype on that by calling it a stapler. Hargrove acted like that was an important part of the procedure by the tone in his voice. Maybe this is something for the surgeons on the board to go on - may be nothing. Time will tell as I'm sure the vids will come out.
