Outstanding shares is different from the float. There are varying ideas of what the float is, but it is much smaller. The fundamentals I am talking of are the number of contracts being inked, the Expertise in the field, and the fact that the sector is growing rapidly, and will continue to grow rapidly for the foreseeable future.

That's a estimate based on the first profitable quarter. It's going to get a lot better than that! We haven't heard anything about Q1 yet and we're into Q2 and with new contracts that will add for the rest of this Q and the rest of the year.
