Well I understood the dynamic, now I know the word for it. I learn a lot from you guys. But, we bought a profitable company, it has to be paid for, so the piper needed his due! The dilution hasn't been THAT bad, not really. It was disappointing to see .17's today, but they are gone now (barring last minute kill joys).
