JT, if we don't get the Q3 report this week, then the outstanding shares reported will likely be at least 433,139,204. We are known to be just over 330 million shares right now (see explanation above in the page intro.). Add to that this week's anticipated conversion of notes (see my posts on the subject from this Tues.).

I think $1.5 million is possible and I agree, dilution is killing us as it is right now.
