Does anyone have any update on the lawsuits? Surely one of them should have been dismissed by now.

Maximizing shareholder value for the longterm would include less dilution. Everytime PPHM uses their ATM you lose longterm value.

I was not aware that Fiduciary Duty meant that the shareholders were relegated to being on the CEO's Timeline:

The duty of loyalty requires that a CEO always acts in the best interest of a business's shareholders, and that he places that interest above his own in business decisions.

So holding back data which could provide value today is in the best interest of the Shareholders? So what is "long term"? Is that just like "Imminent", "Soon", "Upcoming" etc?

How is extending the timeline of increasing the value of the company in the best interest of the shareholders?

Fiduciary Duty is maximizing shareholder value for the longterm, not the short term and not any specific individuals terms.

LOL! Yep down 79.7% over 10 years is really maximizing shareholder value.

What would be more detrimental to shareholder's value than dilution?

Ok,I have to ask. What events that would be worth a PR "...and save up multiple consecutive lineups of PR's to spoil the fun for the shorts..." can be SAVED? Spoil the shorts fun;does that mean that PPHM realizes the short position is at XX million shares and they are waiting to trap them? Or is that your opinion of what will happen and not the company line? TIA GL PR

If this is the way it's being done?

The way Peregrine is playing it now is mums the word and stay as conservative as possible and save the best for last and save up multiple consecutive lineups of great PR's to spoil the fun for the shorts during each PR roll out.

And the ATM is open under these curcumstances, then Management and the BOD have breeched their Fiduciary Duty IMO

Any legal people out there?

bio, that red sentence at the end of your post are wise words.

PPHM management must think about the company first and well timed actions are more important then immediate gratification of the individual share holder. As I said near the end of this post time is one of the commodities we pay with on top of our cash investments.

Hilariously time is also the commodity with which PPHM can best be bashed.
